About The Position

Alabama State University, Academic Affairs, College of Health Sciences, invites applications for a part-time Project Coordinator for Evaluating Trunk Function Grant. The successful candidate will manage grant activities, assist with student and participant recruitment, order supplies, assist in assessing the project progress and maintain a project calendar.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

• Training and experience in PeopleSoft
• Training and experience in university processes

Responsibilities

• Recruit graduate and undergraduate student research assistants
• Order supplies and materials for use in the project
• Ensure students are tracking time in TimeClock+
• Develop and maintain the schedule for students working on the project
• Maintain the project's calendar
• Collect and maintain data related to project assessment
