About The Position

This position coordinates customer installations, including the tasks and resources needed to complete each installation on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction. The coordinator manages multiple projects while working with customers, technicians, Sales, Service, and other departments. The role also involves tracking installation progress and issues, maintaining internal systems, and providing reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Five years of customer service experience or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS applications.
• Ability to interact professionally with varying personalities and all levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
• Coordinate customer installation tasks and resources to ensure installations are completed on time, on budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.
• Negotiate with technicians to bid installations at or below budget.
• Communicate with customers and technicians to track and manage installation progress and problems.
• Update internal systems promptly so pertinent information is captured for future access.
• Work professionally with Sales, Service, and other departments to support customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
• Provide reports in a timely fashion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
