About The Position

Hiller Measurements is a growing, dynamic, high-tech organization in the Dripping Springs/Austin area, focused on inspired measurement design. With decades of experience in component, instrument, and system design, the company has a proven track record in various challenging projects. Operating on a lean and flexible basis from its headquarters in the Hill Country, Hiller Measurements adapts to client needs regarding design, budget, and schedule. The Project Coordinator will work directly with the Program Manager throughout the project lifecycle, managing unique tasks through different project stages. This role is responsible for aligning material requirements through the ERP system, managing and communicating engineering changes, and assessing their impact. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Production team to confirm schedule, material, and documentation readiness.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Demonstrated team builder and player with ability to work across organizational boundaries
  • Well organized planner who can prioritize and multitask
  • Accountable leader who accepts ownership and responsibility
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction as well as within a team
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (REQUIRED)
  • Must be a US citizen or legal permanent resident (due to company contracts falling under the ITAR)

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred: Engineering, Science, or Business

Responsibilities

  • Manage drawing revision levels to assure alignment with purchasing and production
  • Drive and manage material readiness to support production requirements to meet program schedule
  • Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN’s)
  • Manage program ERP requirements assuring material and documentation readiness
  • Provide support to production to assure schedule adherence
  • Conduct production readiness stand up meetings confirming production schedules
  • Support internal and external customer meetings
