About The Position

Ministry Brands is looking for a Project Coordinator, Professional Services to join our growing team! The Project Coordinator is a central operational partner to our consulting delivery teams, ensuring that client engagements run smoothly from kickoff through closeout. You'll own the coordination layer that keeps projects on track — managing timelines, documentation, communications, and logistics so that consultants can focus on client delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or client support
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort communicating with clients
  • High attention to detail and a consistent follow-through track record
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Asana, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own project plans, timelines, and task lists in project management tools, keeping them accurate and up to date
  • Monitor milestones, action items, and dependencies; proactively follow up on overdue items before they become blockers
  • Track scope, schedule, and resource utilization, flagging risks or variances to the project lead
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and action item summaries in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized, accurate project documentation throughout the engagement lifecycle
  • Draft and coordinate internal and client-facing project status communications
  • Coordinate project logistics including kickoffs, working sessions, and handoffs
  • Onboard new projects into delivery workflows and ensure teams follow documented delivery standards
  • Support change request tracking, risk logging, and issue escalation processes
  • Assist with time tracking validation, budget monitoring, and invoicing support
  • Reconcile project hours against plans and contract terms
  • Lead project closeout activities including final documentation and lessons learned capture
