The Manager, AECO Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for leading a team of Project Managers to drive consistent, high-quality delivery across AECO Professional Services engagements. Reporting to the Senior Manager, AECO Resource & Project Management, this role is accountable for translating PMO strategy into execution. The Manager ensures delivery discipline, operational consistency, and accountability across projects, while supporting the organization’s broader goals of improving margin performance, delivery predictability, and customer outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on stabilizing execution, embedding standardized practices, and elevating team performance at scale.
