About The Position

Responsible for supporting project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget through effective resource coordination and adherence to industry-standard methodologies. An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.

Responsibilities

• Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.
• Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks.
• Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration.
