It owns the scheduling process, evaluates performance and emerging issues, recommends and leads mitigation and recovery actions, and supports risk, change, delay, and claims analyses. As a senior technical expert, the scheduler connects planning and scheduling with estimating, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, progress measurement, cost control, forecasting, risk and change management, energy performance, and reporting. The role provides technical leadership and mentoring while applying enterprise Project Controls standards and methodologies. The position requires 20–35% travel. ENFRA states that it is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in the e-Verify program.
