Project Consultant (Outside Sales)
About The Position
Aspen Contracting is seeking driven and motivated individuals to join our Outside Sales team in the Charlotte market. As a Project Consultant, you will work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, provide professional property inspections, and guide customers through the restoration process. The company provides paid training, tools, and ongoing support. This is a full-time W-2 position with uncapped earning potential, including weekly pay and commissions. The role involves local travel throughout the Charlotte market and surrounding North Carolina communities. While no roofing experience is required, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and working outdoors in various weather conditions are necessary.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and other lead-generation activities.
- Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
- Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company-provided training and technology.
- Educate homeowners about exterior restoration solutions.
- Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
- Guide customers through the sales and restoration process.
- Maintain consistent communication with homeowners throughout their projects.
- Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Follow up with customers after project completion.
- Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.
