This role involves working directly with homeowners to provide professional property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional customer service. The company offers paid training, tools, and support, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals without prior roofing experience who are motivated, coachable, and eager to build a rewarding career. The position is full-time, with compensation based on weekly pay and uncapped commission, offering significant earning potential. While travel is local to customer appointments, training and business activities are based out of the Lenoir City office.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift equipment as needed
Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

Responsibilities

Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.
Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.
Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
