About The Position

As a Project Consultant, you'll build relationships with homeowners, inspect properties for storm damage, provide restoration solutions, and guide customers through the project from inspection to completion. This is a Full-Time W-2 position offering unlimited earning potential with weekly pay and uncapped commission. Top performers regularly exceed the first-year earnings range of $50,000-$200,000+.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift equipment as needed
Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

Responsibilities

Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.
Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.
Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
