About The Position

Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated individuals to join their Outside Sales team in the Springfield market as a Project Consultant. This role involves working directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, conduct property inspections, and guide customers through the restoration process. The company provides paid training, tools, and ongoing support, making roofing experience unnecessary. The position is full-time, W-2, with a compensation structure including weekly pay and uncapped commission, offering significant earning potential. The role requires local travel throughout the Springfield market and surrounding areas, with the primary reporting location being the Nixa office.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift equipment as needed
Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

Responsibilities

Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and other lead-generation activities.
Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company-provided training and technology.
Educate homeowners about exterior restoration solutions.
Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
Guide customers through the sales and restoration process.
Maintain consistent communication with homeowners throughout their projects.
Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Follow up with customers after project completion.
Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.
