The position offers paid training, provided leads (no cold calls or door-to-door), and a comprehensive compensation plan with high earning potential. Requirements

2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
Strong closing skills with a consultative, relationship-based approach.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Self-motivation and results orientation.
College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments (no cold calling).
Deliver engaging, consultative in-home presentations.
Close sales using a proven one-call close approach.
Utilize provided tools, training, and sales methodology to connect with customers and offer replacement services.
Commitment to customer service experience from start to end.
