About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a high-performing sales professional with experience in high-end, luxury items to join their team as a Project Consultant. This role involves representing the leading name in premium replacement windows and doors, focusing on homeowners who value quality, design, and performance. The position offers paid training, provided leads (no cold calling or door-to-door sales), and a comprehensive benefits package. The core of the role is to meet with homeowners, deliver engaging in-home presentations, and close sales using a proven one-call close approach, with an average annual earning potential of over $150k and uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Strong closing skills with a consultative, relationship-based approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Self-motivation and results orientation.
• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled appointments.
• Deliver engaging, consultative in-home presentations.
• Close sales using a proven one-call close approach.
• Utilize provided tools, training, and sales methodology to connect with customers and offer replacement services.
• Leverage industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist in closing sales.
• Ensure commitment to customer service experience from start to finish.
