About The Position

Amex GBT is seeking a motivated Project/Business Manager Intern to support our team in coordinating projects and assisting with client initiatives. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in project management and business operations within a fast-paced, global travel and business solutions environment.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business, management, or related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mentality.
Ability to be onsite at client location in NYC.
Availability of 3 days/week, 8 hour days.

Responsibilities

Assist with client initiatives to include auditing data, reconciliation, and improving processes.
Assist in coordinating project timelines, results, and stakeholder communications.
Support project managers in tracking progress and identifying potential risks or delays.
Conduct market and business research to support strategic initiatives.
Prepare reports summarizing findings.
Maintain project documentation and organize files for easy accessibility.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Support administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
