About The Position

Oversee business project support from idea generation through to full implementation. Conduct market and product functionality analysis to identify areas for optimization and growth. Develop and manage cross-functional processes to ensure smooth project delivery. Gather, structure, and transfer business requirements to development teams; support tasks through to product release. Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks. Track the performance of new features post-release, identify potential issues, and outline further development steps. Collaborate with commercial teams to scale new solutions across the business. Plan and conduct training sessions for internal teams and partners; prepare educational and informational materials jointly with the marketing department. Keep teams and partners informed about new product features and updates. Participate in project meetings concerning business processes and product development. Liaise regularly with development, marketing, analytics, finance, and legal teams. Utilize key analytical tools to support business objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management or business process management.
  • English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher (both written and spoken).
  • Background in cross-functional team environments.
  • Strong ability to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Proven skills in deadline management and task tracking.
