About The Position

The Business Project Manager drives cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Service, and other strategic business initiatives. This role owns project planning, timelines, and overall execution. The Project Manager coordinates resources to ensure projects stay on track and all deliverables are completed on time. Acting as the central point of coordination across Sales, Marketing, and Service, this role drives accountability, removes barriers, manages risk, and maintains momentum to achieve successful project execution and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Leads end to end project management for cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Service, and other business areas.
  • Develops detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinates internal stakeholders and resources to support successful project execution.
  • Drives accountability across teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Develops and maintains an overall understanding of company departments and roles.
  • Monitors project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitates cross-functional communication, status updates, and project reporting.
  • Support change management efforts, including stakeholder alignment and adoption tracking.
  • Escalate issues as needed and remove barriers to maintain project momentum.
  • Communicates project status, milestones, and potential risks to stakeholders, including senior Leadership, to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Develops systems to track projects, service requests, field requests, and continuous improvement ideas.
  • Demonstrates a good attendance record; is aware of the impact that missing work will have on the customer as well as co-workers.
  • Completes goals/projects on time or ahead of schedule.
  • Responds to work assignments and requests by being cooperative and available.
