A national energy and environmental services organization, TRC provides its services to America’s major industries, utilities, banks, insurance companies, and federal, state, and local government agencies. TRC is seeking to hire a part-time temporary Senior Project Coordinator for an estimated three to four-month period to help complete an increased volume of year-end projects and ensure we meet critical deadlines. Hours may be as little as 8-hours a week, up to 32-hours a week, depending on the pre-determined availability of the chosen candidate and program needs. We seek an individual with minimum three years’ experience using Energy Trust’s CRM and Project Tracker system to process projects and incentive payments. The senior project coordinator will process, manage and track multiple projects in various stages of completion. This position requires an individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, successfully meeting assigned deadlines. Working closely with key cross-functional team members this position will communicate program information to customers and contractors and request missing information on projects to successfully complete incentive payments. They work closely with other team members to resolve project issues and prioritize projects to meet strict processing deadlines.
