Requirements

A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred or 1-3 years of related experience.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work under minimal guidance
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Sharepoint, OneNote)

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Assist with business meetings and follow-up.
Collect, enter, and organize data and other information to support research projects; carry out basic analytic tasks; organize materials for and provide draft inputs to written products such as literature reviews, project documentation, progress reports, research reports, and briefings.
Provide administrative research support to projects and coordination of day-to-day project operations.
Lead medium size and cross functional projects.
Lead project calls, assign work and manage project to timeline and outcomes.
Lead stakeholder management sessions and keep various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
Create project related process documents.
Assist in training new and existing employees with regard to policies and procedures related to project outcomes.
