About The Position
Genesis10 is seeking a Project Associate for a 6+ month contract position with a Global Medical Technology Company in Redmond, WA. This role supports the shipping team across all product lines. The Project Associate assists in the daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements. This position requires the use of judgment in applying professional expertise and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- University degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience
- Understanding and application of procedures and concepts of the discipline
- Ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience
- Expected to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily coordination of projects
- Prepare and maintain project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements
- Track progress and identify/resolve obstacles
- Communicate to internal and external clients
- Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas, and preparing progress reports
