Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or related field
  • Project Management experience; CAPM a plus but not required
  • 2+ years experience working in IT
  • Experience with documentation management and project management tools
  • Good communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with people at all levels of the organization
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with multiple responsibilities and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present regular progress updates to appropriate management channels
  • Work closely with project team members, managers and leads to help deliver major organizational projects efficiently
  • Manage administrative tasks including document and information distribution, report collation, and communication support
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings between stakeholders, clients, employees and the Project Management Office
  • Follow up on important decisions or action items
  • Responsible for the review and update of the Project Management Office standards
  • Partner with Project and IT Managers to ensure standards are followed, kept up to date, and new hires are trained
