About The Position

Leveraging proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, you’ll prepare communications, reports, and documentation that reflect the company’s commitment to excellence. Your day may begin with responding to customer inquiries and coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and effectively. You’ll prepare reports and communications using Microsoft Office tools, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Throughout the day, you’ll work closely with colleagues across teams, assisting with projects, prioritizing tasks, and keeping work organized. Every interaction, whether with customers, teammates, or leadership, will call on your communication skills, initiative, and customer-first mindset.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of customer service experience in a related position required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and apply sound judgment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative work style
  • High level of initiative and engagement

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • A special combination of experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments may be considered in lieu of degree
