About The Position

FieldTurf, a world leader in artificial turf with over 25,000 installations, is part of Tarkett Sports, a global leader in sports construction and surfacing. The Project Administrator will support project execution across North America, working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects run smoothly from the bidding phase through closeout. This hybrid role is based out of the Montreal office and reports to the Regional Manager, Customer Operations. The position is suited for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys coordination, and excels at managing multiple priorities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Bilingual in English and French (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Procore) is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to 1–2 Project Managers
  • Maintain accurate and organized project documentation across all phases
  • Ensure timely updates in internal systems to reflect project status and changes
  • Prepare quotes, bid documents, and proposals
  • Review project specifications and ensure alignment with internal data
  • Support pricing validation, including logo pricing and scope confirmation
  • Assist with submittals, product data, and documentation packages
  • Coordinate subcontract agreements and installation mandates
  • Support change orders and ongoing project documentation
  • Track and compile closeout documentation
  • Upload final project records into Procore
  • Follow up to ensure all deliverables are complete and accurate
  • Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service
  • Support project timelines and ensure alignment across departments
