Programming & Strategic Partnerships Manager

The JuneJacksonville, FL
Onsite

About The Position

The June is seeking a creative, well-connected, and highly organized Programming & Strategic Partnerships Manager to build the calendar of experiences that define life inside the club, and the outside relationships that make that programming possible. This is a dual mandate: you'll source, curate, and produce the ongoing rhythm of dinners, DJ nights, speaker series, and curated evenings that keep members coming back, while also identifying and securing the brand, cultural, and community partnerships that elevate The June's presence and expand what's possible on our calendar. The ideal candidate has a strong point of view on culture, food, music, and design; a deep and active network; and the operational discipline to turn ideas into a fully realized, member-worthy calendar month after month.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in programming, talent booking, partnerships, brand collaborations, or event production within hospitality, private clubs, lifestyle brands, or cultural institutions.
  • Demonstrated experience securing and managing brand or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven track record producing high-quality events from concept through execution.
  • Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor/contract management skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with an active network in food, music, culture, or design.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as programming requires.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within a private membership club, boutique hotel, or premium lifestyle brand.
  • Existing relationships with talent, chefs, DJs, speakers, or brand partners relevant to the Jacksonville/Southeast market.
  • Experience with event and CRM platforms (Tripleseat, HubSpot, or similar).

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and execution of The June's year-round programming calendar, dinners, DJ and live music nights, speaker series, wellness programming, cultural events, and curated member evenings.
  • Identify and book talent: chefs, musicians, DJs, speakers, artists, and creative collaborators who fit the club's identity and elevate the member experience.
  • Balance recurring signature programming with fresh, unexpected one-off experiences that keep the calendar feeling alive and original.
  • Work with Culinary and Beverage to develop concepts for chef collaborations, wine and spirits dinners, and tasting series.
  • Set and manage a programming budget, balancing creative ambition with cost and profitability targets.
  • Track attendance, engagement, and member feedback to continuously refine and improve programming.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with brands, cultural institutions, media, and local/national organizations that align with The June's identity.
  • Develop partnership structures (sponsorships, co-hosted events, in-kind trades, collaborations) that bring added value to members while supporting the club's brand and revenue goals.
  • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring clear deliverables, timelines, and mutual value.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners across food & beverage, fashion, design, wellness, media, and local Jacksonville institutions.
  • Represent The June externally in partnership conversations, maintaining the discretion and polish expected of a private club brand.
  • Lead event production from concept through execution for all programming under your purview, run-of-show, staffing coordination, vendor and talent logistics.
  • Partner with Operations, F&B, and the Events Manager to ensure every program is flawlessly executed on-site.
  • Serve as an on-site producer for signature programming, ensuring quality control and a seamless member experience.
  • Work closely with the General Manager, Membership, Marketing, and Culinary teams to ensure programming reflects member interests and reinforces the club's brand.
  • Support marketing and communications for programming and partnerships, including collateral, event descriptions, and promotional content.
  • Gather member insights and feedback to shape future programming and partnership priorities.
