  • Establish and manage the deal plan, including key milestones, outstanding decisions, dependencies, stakeholders, and target close dates.
  • Maintain consistent momentum throughout the closing process and proactively identify issues that could delay execution.

  • Clearly communicate client obligations associated with money movement, including applicable operational, compliance, and licensing considerations.
  • Partner with Risk & Compliance, Legal, Treasury, and Operations when additional guidance or clarification is required.
  • Ensure material responsibilities, dependencies, and requirements are understood before contractual commitments are finalized.
  • Identify potential operational or regulatory concerns early in the process and engage appropriate subject-matter experts.
  • Bring together the appropriate internal stakeholders to resolve open commercial, contractual, operational, technical, or compliance-related issues.
  • Facilitate deal meetings and maintain clear documentation of decisions, owners, and next steps.
  • Create visibility into deal status and escalate unresolved issues that may jeopardize timing or execution.

  • Stay engaged through the transition period when necessary to resolve commitments or questions originating during the sales process.
  • Support executive leadership and senior sales resources on strategically important or complex opportunities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Priority’s capabilities across payments, banking, treasury, and related financial technology solutions.
  • Participate in client conversations and help translate the executive-level vision into a defined commercial path forward.
