• Delivering the HyperionDev course content through lectures and workshops
• Supporting Senior Lecturers and Learning Design in developing lecture content and presentations
• Assisting in the identification and implementation of new strategies to improve pedagogy and lecture quality
• Reviewing and updating course content and teaching methods
• Supporting curriculum planning
• Participating in the planning and execution of Lecturing Schedules under the guidance of senior lecturers and management

• Has completed a HyperionDev bootcamp or similar bootcamp, or has at least 6 months to a year coding experience
• 6 months of teaching, tutoring or mentoring experience
• Patience, extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong technical knowledge
• Proven track record in helping students learn how to code
• Ability to deliver course content in the form of lectures and workshops
• Ability to support Senior Lecturers and Learning Design with developing lecture content
• Ability to assist with the identification and implementing of new strategies for improving overall pedagogy and quality of lectures
• Ability to review and update course content and teaching methods
• Ability to support curriculum planning
• Ability to take part in the planning and execution of Lecturing Schedules under the guidance of senior lecturers and management
