About The Position

StarTekk is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Programmer Analyst to support HR and Financial Oracle EBS applications. The role helps identify and bridge business gaps through data analysis and supports digital transformation initiatives intended to accelerate organizational growth, improve efficiency, and advance business goals. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS 12.2 or later, system analysis, application development, and database solutions. The position is hybrid in Richmond, Virginia, and is limited to local candidates. Work authorization is restricted to U.S. citizens and Green Card holders.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 or above in Linux environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Strong experience with Oracle EBS Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Purchasing modules.
Experience with iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules.
Proficiency in Oracle Forms, Reports, JDeveloper (Java), Workflow Builder, and PL/SQL.
Extensive experience in systems analysis and design.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Office applications.
U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status.
Local candidate for the Richmond, Virginia hybrid position.
