About The Position

The Programmatic Campaign Specialist builds, launches, and manages clients’ programmatic advertising campaigns in DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP. The role turns approved media plans and insertion orders into correctly targeted, tracked, and active campaigns, owning setup quality from insertion order through first impression. It is a full-time, hybrid position on the Advertising Operations team, based in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, or Shreveport. The specialist works closely with account managers, campaign strategists, and the reporting team and reports to the Direct Sold Team Lead. The position involves trafficking creative across display, video, native, audio, and connected TV; applying targeting, tracking, budgets, flight dates, pacing, and bid strategies; and checking campaigns before launch and during delivery. The specialist handles a high volume of setups and change requests, maintains consistent campaign documentation, and communicates delivery or tracking issues to the account team. The workweek is Monday through Friday during business hours, with occasional early or late work around major launches and month-end. The role is hybrid, with office days determined by the manager and launch calendar; candidates must live within commuting distance of one of the four listed offices.
