About The Position

Alluvionic is currently seeking experienced applicants for a Program Support Specialist position to support the National Science Foundation (NSF), Technology, Innovation, and Partnerships (TIP) Directorate, Logistics and Operational Support contract. This role requires the candidate to be a US Citizen and obtain a clearance. The position is contingent upon contract award and is located in Alexandria, VA (On-Site).

Requirements

Must be US Citizen
Clearance Required
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum/General Experience: 3 years of experience
Administrative Assistant Experience at the Executive Level

Responsibilities

Provides executive administrative support
Manages calendars and meeting schedules
Coordinates travel arrangements and prepares travel itineraries
Tracks and manages the details of upcoming speaking events, coordinating logistics and session details
Tracks, logs, and facilitates timely responses of incoming and outgoing correspondence
Receives and screens visitors, telephone calls, and e-mails
