About The Position
CMT Services Inc., an SBA-certified HUBZone and Woman Owned Small Business, provides professional services to Federal, State, and Local government agencies. The Program Support Analyst supports project managers in overseeing and coordinating projects, working under close guidance on planning, documentation, and financial tracking. The analyst owns assigned workstreams independently from planning through reporting. This is a full-time, on-site position in Washington, DC.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship.
- Maintain an active SECRET-level security clearance.
- At least 4 years of relevant program or project support experience.
- Bachelor's degree, or 8 years of equivalent experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting federal programs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform project planning and maintain schedules.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Review contracts and financials, and flag variances.
- Monitor project activities and evaluate overall tasks.
- Identify risks and issues, and recommend corrective actions to project managers.
