About The Position

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Program Supervisor to provide individualized, person-directed support in programs serving people with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. The organization focuses on inclusion and building communities where everyone can thrive and participate fully in society. The Program Supervisor provides leadership and oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs. The role ensures that Keystone Human Services and its subsidiary programs meet objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations. The position also performs direct support duties according to the program schedule and programmatic needs. This is a full-time, non-exempt position paying $23 per hour. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible candidates under the applicable incentive guidelines.

Requirements

Meet one of the following education and experience combinations: high school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or a related field; an associate’s degree with sixty credited hours and one year of experience in human services or a related field; or a bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or a related field.
Ability to successfully complete and maintain required Medication Administration, First Aid, and CPR certifications, along with other trainings mandated by regulation, within specified timeframes as applicable.
Effective communication skills and proficient computer skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Depending on work location, may be required to have daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
Successfully complete the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Nice To Haves
