About The Position

Keystone Human Services is seeking Program Supervisors to provide individualized, person-directed support in intellectual disabilities, mental health, and autism services. The organization focuses on inclusion and helping people participate fully in their communities.

The Program Supervisor provides leadership and oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of one or more programs. The role ensures that Keystone Human Services and its subsidiary programs meet objectives, adhere to budgets, and comply with regulations. The supervisor also performs direct support duties according to the program schedule and programmatic needs.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position paying $23 per hour. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available subject to eligibility under the incentive guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of work experience in human services or a related field; or an associate’s degree with 60 credited hours and one year of experience in human services or a related field.
• Ability to complete and maintain required Medication Administration, First Aid, and CPR certifications, as well as other trainings mandated by regulation, within specified timeframes as applicable.
• Effective communication skills and proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Depending on work location, may be required to have daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree and work experience in human services or a related field preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
