Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience required
  • Associates degree required
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal
  • Motivated and reliable hard worker
  • Proficient Microsoft Office - Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Project Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support external product rollouts with Field Sales Representatives and retail accounts, while partnering internally with Retail Program Managers.
  • Review merchandising, marketing materials, and communications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to improve processes related to merchandising, promotions, pricing, and other retail initiatives.
  • Provide clear, timely communication to sales teams and customers to support successful execution of initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain planogram tracking processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and visibility.
  • Organize mailings across Retail teams to support successful in-market execution.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly competitive shop and online tile placement analyses across retail accounts.
  • Manage online marketing assets, including room scene images, product swatch images, and content within customer configurators.
  • Coordinate internal administrative processes, including maintaining account profile documentation, cross-reference tables, and sales coordination presentation materials.
  • Support special projects, including serving as project manager for merchandising development initiatives.
