Adult Training Facility Program Specialist
About The Position
The Adult Training Facility Program Specialist is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, coordination, and oversight of Adult Training Facility services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and agency regulations, promotes high-quality person-centered services, and fosters an environment that supports the development of social, daily living, community integration, and personal outcome achievement skills. The Program Specialist provides leadership, supervision, program coordination, regulatory compliance oversight, staff development, and direct support to individuals receiving services. They also serve as a liaison among individuals served, families, Supports Coordinators, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or 60 credit hours in place of education
- 3-5 total years of experience
- 1-3 total Supervisory/Managerial experience
