The Program Services Coordinator plays a key role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities by ensuring services, plans, and daily supports are carried out smoothly and effectively. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Age 21+
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work hands-on with individuals needing varying levels of care
  • Willingness to manage challenging behaviors when necessary
  • Reliable transportation & approved driver status
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role
  • Team-oriented with strong follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Support the QIDP team with program coordination and follow-up tasks
  • Help implement and maintain individualized support plans
  • Coordinate activities like school, work, and community involvement
  • Track documentation, inventories, and compliance requirements
  • Assist with staff training materials and program resources
  • Spend time both in the office and in the field (25%+) working directly with individuals and staff
