About The Position

The Program Operations Director is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and day-to-day activities of a Wound Care and/or Hyperbaric treatment center. The role ensures consistent, high-quality patient care and service through a hands-on, leadership-by-example approach. Responsibilities span staff management, team building, budgeting, revenue cycle management, clinical operations, hospital partner interaction and retention, physician management, professional education, and community referral development.

The Director collaborates with hospital partners, management, RestorixHealth staff, physicians, and center employees to support center operations and resolve issues. The role also manages employee performance, behavior, and training; supports performance improvement; and oversees salary, budget, financial objectives, and program utilization. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Requirements

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and technological savvy.
• Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions through innovation and creativity.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in medical sales, process management, leadership, marketing, and referral source generation.
• Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Prior experience working with an electronic medical record system.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the performance and day-to-day activities of a Wound Care and/or Hyperbaric treatment center.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and service through hands-on leadership and leading by example.
• Manage center staff, including team building, performance, behavior, and training.
• Oversee budgeting, salary and financial objectives, revenue cycle management, and clinical operations.
• Manage hospital partner interactions and retention, and uphold hospital partner reports and operational expectations.
• Manage physician relationships and troubleshoot issues involving centers, physicians, and hospital partners.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and staff on RestorixHealth’s Performance Improvement Plan.
• Remain visible in the wound clinic and hyperbaric oxygen suite and demonstrate leadership by example.
• Support professional education and community referral development.
• Maximize monthly program utilization.
