Program Director - RN - Full Time
About The Position
RestorixHealth is seeking a Program Operations Director who is a registered nurse to lead the successful operation of a wound care center. The role partners with physicians, medical staff, hospital partners, management, and RestorixHealth staff to improve clinical operations and patient wound care. The director executes objectives and long-term goals, supports center operations, and receives wound care and ongoing training. The director oversees clinic and operational center employees, addresses operational issues among centers and partners, demonstrates leadership in the wound clinic and hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) suite, collaborates on the Performance Improvement Plan, and manages salary, budget, and financial objectives while maximizing monthly program utilization. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends.
Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required for Magnet Hospitals.
- Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Excellent visionary and strategic leadership skills, a fearless approach, and a can-do attitude.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and technological savvy.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, using innovation and creativity.
- Ability to collaborate successfully within a multicultural environment.
Nice To Haves
- Some business focus in education.
- Three years of nurse management or hospital service line management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Uphold hospital partner reports and operations, collaborating directly with management and RestorixHealth staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving centers, physicians, and hospital partners.
- Manage clinic and operational center employees, including performance, conduct, and training.
- Demonstrate leadership by example in the wound clinic and HBO suite.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and staff on RestorixHealth’s Performance Improvement Plan.
- Prepare and manage salary, budget, and financial objectives.
- Maximize monthly program utilization.
