About The Position

The Program Director RN works for Psychiatric Medical Care LLC, an MHCC partner, rather than Memorial Hospital of Carbon County. The role leads a small multidisciplinary team providing services to the senior population through Senior Life Solutions, an intensive outpatient therapy program designed for people—typically age 65 and older—experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging. The position is located at Memorial Hospital of Carbon County in Rawlins, Wyoming. The role includes community education and referral development, along with growing and maintaining the patient census and ensuring compliance with professional and ethical guidelines. The position has a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call duties. The employer offers clinical resources and peer-to-peer support, including training from experienced RN Directors and former Senior Life Solutions employees. Requirements

Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing is required.

Nice To Haves

Registered Nurse or LVN licensure in the state of practice is preferred.
Psychiatric nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a small multidisciplinary team consisting of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator.
Engage with the local community through education, presentations, and one-on-one meetings.
Develop referrals through hospital staff, providers, and community resources.
Grow and maintain the patient census.
Ensure compliance with professional and ethical guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
