About The Position

RestorixHealth is seeking a Program Operations Director – RN to support clinical and operational performance at wound care facilities. The role partners with physicians, medical staff, hospital partners, management, and RestorixHealth employees to help improve patient wound care and ensure successful center operations. The director executes objectives and long-term goals, leads clinic and operational-center employees, and works with the Medical Director and staff on the company’s Performance Improvement Plan. Wound care and ongoing training are provided.

The position involves working visibly in the wound clinic and hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) suite, managing operational and financial objectives, addressing issues among centers and partners, and maximizing monthly program utilization. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Three years of experience in nurse management; hospital service line management experience is preferred.
• Strong visionary, strategic, and leadership skills, with a can-do attitude.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and technological aptitude.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, using innovation and creativity.
• Ability to collaborate successfully in a multicultural environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required for Magnet Hospitals.
• Some business focus is preferred.
• Hospital service line management experience.

Responsibilities

• Uphold hospital partner reports and operations, collaborating directly with management and RestorixHealth staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving centers, physicians, and hospital partners.
• Manage clinic and operational-center employees, including performance, conduct, and training.
• Demonstrate leadership by example in the wound clinic and HBO suite.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and staff on RestorixHealth’s Performance Improvement Plan.
• Prepare and manage salary, budget, and financial objectives.
• Maximize monthly program utilization.
