Program Director - Full Time
About The Position
At RestorixHealth, the mission is to restore health and improve quality of life and access to care for patients with wounds. The Program Operations Director is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and day-to-day activities of a Wound Care and/or Hyperbaric treatment center. The role ensures consistent, high-quality patient care and service through a hands-on, lead-by-example approach. The director oversees staff management and team building, budgeting, revenue cycle management, clinical operations, hospital partner interaction and retention, physician management, professional education, and community referral development. The position works directly with hospital partners, management, and RestorixHealth staff, and collaborates with the Medical Director and staff on the organization's Performance Improvement Plan. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends.
Requirements

- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and technological savvy.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, using innovation and creativity.
- Ability to collaborate successfully within a multicultural environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in medical sales, process management, leadership, marketing, and referral source generation.
- Registered Nurse, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner experience.
- Prior experience working with an electronic medical record system.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall performance and day-to-day activities of a Wound Care and/or Hyperbaric treatment center.
- Ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality patient care and service.
- Manage staff performance, behavior, and training, and build an effective team.
- Oversee budgeting, salary and financial objectives, revenue cycle management, and program utilization.
- Maintain hospital partner operations and reports, and collaborate directly with management and RestorixHealth staff.
- Troubleshoot issues involving centers, physicians, and hospital partners.
- Provide visible, lead-by-example leadership in the wound clinic and hyperbaric suite.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and staff on RestorixHealth's Performance Improvement Plan.
- Manage physician relationships and hospital partner interaction and retention.
- Support professional education and community referral development.
