Program Operations Associate

Imprint•New York, NY
•$120,000 - $150,000

About The Position

As Program Operations Associate, you will own the launch and ongoing operation of Imprint’s partner card programs. You will sit on the Solutions & Delivery team, work directly with brand partners, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Growth, Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, and Marketing. This is an execution-focused role: you will manage launch workstreams from kickoff through general availability, keep launches on track, and build systems to make future launches more repeatable. Within your first 90 days, you are expected to be embedded in a live partner launch and able to clearly report on the status, risks, owners, and next steps for every workstream. You will serve as a source of truth for launch status, independently drive open items to completion where possible, and surface risks and dependencies ahead of readiness reviews.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or a similar execution-heavy role at a high-growth startup.
  • High ownership and a hands-on approach, with the ability to take on varied work, drive decisions, and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to organize and advance multiple workstreams, owners, and deadlines at once.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to align teams without formal authority and build trust at any level.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure where none exists.
  • A bias toward processes and systems that scale across programs, with sound judgment about tradeoffs.
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to translate product capabilities into partner value.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, payments, lending, or embedded financial products.
  • Experience supporting B2B2C products or partner-led product development.
  • Familiarity with bank partner and regulatory readiness for card programs.

Responsibilities

  • Own execution for assigned partner program launches, managing cross-functional workstreams from kickoff through launch day.
  • Coordinate launch activities such as bank partner reviews with Compliance, workstream tracking with Growth, requirements gathering with Solutions Engineering, product configuration updates, and support for legal documentation and drafting.
  • Identify operational gaps that slow launches or adoption and build lightweight systems and standard playbooks to address them.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear partner-facing materials and standard operating procedures as needed for launches.
  • Track launch milestones, partner feedback, and internal execution signals, and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with Growth, Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Bank Partnerships, Member Operations, and Marketing to launch and operate partner programs.
