About The Position

Make a Meaningful Impact as a Full-Time Program Manager in Lakewood! Join the team at the Developmental Disabilities Resource Center and take on a rewarding leadership role where you'll make a real difference in the lives of individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. As a Program Manager, you'll work onsite in Lakewood from 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, guiding a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about creating a culture rooted in Dedication, Dignity, Respect and Choice. Requirements

BA/BS in related field or combination of experience and education.
2 years or paid or volunteer experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
1 year staff supervisory experience strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of program planning and development.
Ability to work effectively as a team member.
Ability to physically transfer, reposition and otherwise physically assist people with developmental disabilities as needed to meet health and safety needs.
Physical stamina to assist individuals safely, including the ability to stand, pivot, and transfer.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
Ability to push, pull, and position wheelchairs and other adaptive equipment.
Manual dexterity for personal care and adaptive equipment support.

Responsibilities

Supervise a dedicated team working directly with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
Collaborate with other Managers and leaders to embrace and facilitate continuous change, identifying innovative approaches to enhance business practices.
Uphold the mission, vision, and values of DDRC.
Engage both employees and participants in day programs.
Develop impactful programs that truly meet the needs of those we serve.
Drive quality assurance and enhance the overall experience for individuals with developmental disabilities.
