About The Position

The Program Manager manages contractor staff and plans, executes, and monitors tasks from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role requires a robust understanding of Quality Management Systems and proficiency in adhering to ISO 9001 standards. The Program Manager identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies, collaborates with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define task objectives and deliverables, and conducts continuous service delivery improvement activities to improve efficiency, capabilities, and performance. The role also assigns contractor schedules, reviews work discrepancies, supervises contractor personnel, and communicates organizational policies, purposes, and goals. A strong focus on risk management and fostering innovation is required. An active Secret clearance and PMP certification are required.

Requirements

• Must have an active Secret clearance.
• Minimum of 8 years of specific experience as a Program Manager.
• Must have a PMP certification.
• Must have a master’s degree in a related field or 12 years of experience.
• Robust understanding of Quality Management Systems.
• Proficiency in adhering to ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong focus on risk management and fostering innovation.
