About The Position

The Program Manager manages contractor staff and plans, executes, and monitors tasks from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role requires a robust understanding of Quality Management Systems and proficiency in adhering to ISO 9001 standards. The Program Manager identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies, collaborates with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define task objectives and deliverables, and conducts continuous service-delivery improvement activities to improve efficiency and performance. The position also involves assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating the organization’s policies, purposes, and goals. A strong focus on risk management and fostering innovation is required. An active Secret clearance and PMP certification are required.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance.
• PMP certification.
• Minimum of 8 years of specific experience as a Program Manager.
• Master’s degree in a related field, or 12 years of experience.
• Robust understanding of Quality Management Systems.
• Proficiency in adhering to ISO 9001 standards.
