About The Position

The Program Manager manages contractor staff and plans, executes, and monitors tasks from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role requires a robust understanding of Quality Management Systems and proficiency in adhering to ISO 9001 standards. The Program Manager identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies, collaborates with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define task objectives and deliverables, and conducts continuous service-delivery improvement activities to improve efficiency and performance. The role also includes assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating organizational policies, purposes, and goals, with a strong focus on risk management and fostering innovation.

Requirements

Active Secret clearance.
PMP certification.
At least 8 years of specific experience as a Program Manager.
Master's degree in a related field or 12 years of experience.
Robust understanding of Quality Management Systems.
Proficiency in adhering to ISO 9001 standards.
