Program Manager
About The Position
The Program Manager of Testing Programs provides oversight for assigned testing programs in the Los Angeles metro area. The role supports and develops programs through quality assurance, client satisfaction, and delivery of HIV testing and prevention services in multiple community-based settings. The incumbent also oversees pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) services in assigned programs. The Program Manager leads and supports a team of client-facing prevention staff and ensures prevention contract deliverables are achieved and reporting requirements are met. The role works collaboratively with other AHF business lines, community partners, local governments, and public health jurisdictions to expand access to testing and prevention services for at-risk individuals. The position is expected to uphold AHF’s mission and core values in a dynamic, collaborative environment where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight for assigned testing programs in the Los Angeles metro area.
- Support and develop programs, including quality assurance, client satisfaction, and delivery of HIV testing and prevention services in community-based settings.
- Oversee delivery of PrEP services in assigned programs.
- Lead and support a team of client-facing prevention staff.
- Ensure prevention contract deliverables are achieved and reporting requirements are met.
- Coordinate with other AHF business lines, community partners, local governments, and public health jurisdictions to maximize community delivery of testing and prevention services.
- Uphold AHF’s mission and core values in program operations.
