About The Position

Patriot Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Army Continuing Education Division (ACED) at the Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD), U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) in Fort Knox, Kentucky. The Program Manager is responsible for performance of the work, task order compliance, and quality control. The role requires on-site support at least 50% of the time.

Requirements

• Experience managing large-scale government projects and familiarity with government policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of military personnel automation systems and ability to work in a digital environment.
• Analytical and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Six to eight years of experience in education and training.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education Services, Business Administration/Management, Workforce Development, or a related field from an accredited college; alternatively, a master’s degree from an accredited college with at least six years of training, administration, and project management experience in a customer-related service field.
• Ability to understand military rank structures, personnel classification testing, and military acronyms.
• Ability to analyze, research, and interpret Army regulations and policies.
• Moderate logical reasoning skills and ability to communicate thoughts verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

• Prior military experience or experience with Army military education programs, such as ArmyIgnitED, credentialing, Joint Services Transcript (JST), or Army Personnel Testing (APT).
• Familiarity with government logistic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure personnel assigned to a task meet government qualification standards and receive necessary training.
• Review deliverables before submission for acceptance.
• Oversee performance of the work, task order compliance, and quality control.
