Program Manager - Simulators and Product Support Interface
About The Position
BAE Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead international projects within the Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Lifecycle Integrated Product Support (LCIPS) portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Level Director for LCIPS, the Program Manager provides strategic leadership and management oversight for a multifunctional project team. The role covers Training & Simulation, Support Equipment Development, Logistics Data Development, and Sustainment projects. The Program Manager works cross-functionally with Engineering, Logistics, and Program Office leadership to meet customer commitments and support company financial success. The role also contributes to business development by supporting new pursuits and developing strategic proposals, while demonstrating a strong commitment to ethics, safety, and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of work experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing large, complex subcontracts.
- Knowledge of the logistics and sustainment phases of a program.
- Ability to work independently and with attention to detail as part of a large, cross-functional team.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
