About The Position

This role keeps the product organization on a reliable delivery and reporting cadence. The Program Manager runs sprint routines, maintains the working record of plans and decisions, coordinates dependencies, and produces accurate product KPI and status reporting. The role works with Product, Design, Engineering, AI/ML, Customer Success, and leadership across the US and Brazil. Product Managers own priorities and product decisions; the Program Manager makes the execution process clear, current, and accountable. The work spans three recurring areas: running the delivery cadence; making performance visible through accurate KPI definitions and reporting; and keeping stakeholders aligned through current documentation and concise updates that distinguish shipped work, risks, decisions, and next steps.

Requirements

  • Experience running sprint cadences and complex cross-functional delivery in a software product organization.
  • Ability to define a reporting process, check data quality, explain trends without overstating them, and maintain a consistent source of truth.
  • Strong writing skills to make decisions, ownership, and next steps clear in plans, notes, release updates, and executive summaries.
  • Ability to stay organized under pressure, track multiple teams and deadlines, identify dependencies, and follow through without unnecessary process.
  • Sufficient understanding of software delivery, enterprise AI, integrations, and release risk to ask useful questions and report accurately.
  • Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese for work with US and Brazilian teams and stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in product operations, technical program management, or Scrum leadership for enterprise SaaS, AI, data, or cloud products.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Linear, or similar delivery tools and analytics or BI tools used for KPI dashboards and reporting.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing release communications, executive business reviews, compliance reporting, or audit-ready documentation.
  • Experience with distributed teams, multi-team dependency management, and improving delivery flow through practical process changes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product team's sprint calendar and rituals, including setting agendas, collecting inputs, facilitating meetings, recording decisions, and following up on actions.
  • Partner with Product Managers and engineering leads to keep work ready for planning, expose capacity and dependencies, and track commitments without taking over product prioritization.
  • Maintain a clear view of milestones, releases, blockers, risks, owners, and cross-team handoffs; escalate issues early and close the loop on decisions.
  • Produce regular product KPI reports covering agreed measures such as activation, adoption, task success, reliability, quality, latency, cost, and customer outcomes.
  • Document metric definitions, data sources, calculation changes, and limitations; check reports with data owners before distribution and promptly correct errors.
  • Keep product documentation current, including roadmaps, release plans, decision logs, requirements status, operating procedures, and release notes.
  • Prepare concise leadership updates and approved customer-facing or partner-facing reports; verify claims, dates, and commitments with their owners and protect confidential information.
  • Improve the delivery process using evidence from missed commitments, cycle time, recurring blockers, and team feedback; reduce meeting and reporting work that does not help decisions.
