About The Position

Datum Technologies Group Government Solutions (Client) is currently hiring Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as members of the Air Force Technical Order Field Support Team (AFTOFST). Work location: 100% teleworking but may on occasion need to be onsite if located near Eglin AFB (Florida) or near Wright-Patterson AFB (Ohio). Duties and Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day direction and oversight to the AFTOFST team and interface as required with the ETIMS PMO. Ensure PWS requirements are fully satisfied consisting of Logistics Management Support, TO Management, Technical Content Support, Technical Order Distribution, Technical Order Library Management, Technical Order Field/Customer Support, and technical writing/editing support. Ensure the team's knowledge and expertise is maintained with no loss of service or degradation of performance. Ensure the continuance of critical support services required by HQ AFMC/A4/A10/A4F and AFLCMC/EB, which has high visibility due to a large TO user community that is located worldwide at all Major Commands, DoD/Government agencies, and contractors. This support will include such key AFTOFST tasks as field user support for software test events for designated AF Standard TO Management Systems; maintaining/administering the Advanced Notification System (ANS) SharePoint application; managing, publishing, and distributing Methods and Procedures TOs; training on using AF Standard TO Management Systems, Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS), and the Technical Order Distribute and Print Gateway (TODPG). Provide monthly input into CDRL A051 Monthly Status Report (MSR); and AFTOFST deliverables IAW CDRL A006 FSC Metrics Report and CDRL A007 Monthly Training Report.

Requirements

  • Experience in Methods and Procedures TOs, Weapons Delivery Standard Volume Flight Manuals, Weapons Loading Standard Volume Technical Orders, Munitions Handling Equipment Technical Orders for Ammunition and Weapons Equipment style manuals, MIL-DTL-87929 - Appendix A & I, MIL-DTL-38384 - Appendix B, and MIL-DTL-9977 - Appendix A, including other applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and military specifications.
  • Experience with Technical Manual Contract Requirements (TMCR) and related military specifications.
  • Experience with USAF Technical Order Authoring and Publishing (TOAP).
  • An active U.S. citizenship.
  • A current SECRET Clearance.
  • Minimum nine (9) years of experience in a related field.
