About The Position
Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Operations team. This is a full-time onsite position located in Fremont, CA. The Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional projects and programs that support organizational goals and business objectives. This role partners with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of coordination for complex initiatives, managing timelines, resources, risks, communications, and performance metrics to ensure successful program delivery.
